Rose Catering,
which was established in 2011, is located at Pusat Perdagangan Alam Jaya,
Puncak Alam, Selangor. Our company has more than ten (10) years experience in
the catering service within the Klang Valley and Putrajaya. Our aim is to
provide an excellent catering service, delivering a variety of
fusion-style authentic Malaysian dishes using fresh herbs and spices. The foods
we serve are authentic kampong
favourites, prepared with a modern twist by village cooks. We take pride
in our food preparation and presentation, making sure that each dish is
tastefully and elegantly presented to satisfy all our customers.
At Rose
Katering, we serve delicious kampong dishes that are usually not available from
other food catering services in the Klang Valley. Certain herbs
and vegetables used in our dishes have to be specially sourced from small-time
traders such as the pucuk paku – a
type of fern, which can be stir-fried or served in coconut gravy; and the ulam raja - a type of herb, which is
tossed into a refreshing salad.
Rose Katering is available for wedding ceremonies, events, corporate meetings, special occasions and parties. We are also a professional wedding planner.
